Company Description: Playo is a leading global sports activity platform with over 5 million users across 5 countries, that connects players, venues, trainers, and brands in one full stack ecosystem across 50+ sports. We operate at the intersection of consumer technology, social networking, marketplaces & real-world logistics and are building a scalable, multi-vertical sports-tech venture with a focus on long-term sustainability and global dominance.
The Opportunity: We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the consumer side at Playo. You'll work on the bets that drive our next phase of revenue growth — new revenue lines and subscription products. You'll also be responsible for accelerating user activation, engagement, and retention. This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful impact on the business.
What you'll do:
- Own new revenue lines end-to-end — product strategy, feature scope, pricing, packaging, and the growth mechanics that drive paid conversion and retention
- Own the consumer growth funnel end-to-end – from a user's first session through to repeat behavior
- Run end-to-end product discovery: customer research, data analysis, problem framing, solution design
- Partner with engineering and design to ship - we move fast and release frequently
- Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing on conversion funnels and retention
- Develop sharp, data-backed points of view on business model questions and defend them with leadership
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of PM experience at a consumer product company
- Exposure to monetization, paid conversion, or revenue-related metrics – you've worked on at least one revenue-impacting initiative end-to-end
- Proven track record driving measurable growth outcomes (activation, engagement, retention)
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Clevertap, GA4), experimentation platforms
- Sharp product judgment – you can frame ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship in small bets rather than big launches
- High agency – you operate well with limited scaffolding, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do next
- Strong communicator – you can write clearly, present to leadership, and influence cross-functional partners
- A genuine sports enthusiast. You understand the lived experience of finding games, booking courts, and being part of a sports community because you live it yourself
