About this role
Dcluttr is an AI copilot for quick commerce. We are challenging a brand’s most trusted decision-making tool: gut feeling. We are not looking for someone average. We are looking for one exceptional product builder who can understand complex systems, think deeply about AI, data, and user workflows, and build products with extreme ownership. As our Product Manager, your job isn't to collect feature requests. It's to understand the product better than anyone else, identify what should be built, and execute relentlessly. Join us in disrupting the global quick commerce and e-commerce AI analytics space. As an early team member, you'll define product direction, work closely with engineering, and build category-defining AI products from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and execution alongside the founders
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product, AI capabilities, data models, and customer workflows
- Break down complex business problems into simple, scalable product experiences
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user flows, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering to ship high-quality products at exceptional speed
- Think through edge cases, product behavior, and system interactions before development begins
- Prioritize features based on product vision, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve the product
- Drive AI-first product thinking and identify opportunities where AI can create 10x value
- Maintain a high quality bar across every aspect of the product experience
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience building B2B SaaS, AI, analytics, or data-intensive products
- Exceptional product thinking with the ability to understand complex systems and simplify them into intuitive user experiences
- Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and modern product development workflows
- Highly analytical with the ability to think in systems, not just features
- Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical architecture, APIs, databases, and AI workflows
- Strong attention to detail with an obsession for product quality
- Ability to leverage AI tools to think, build, write, and execute 10x faster
- Excellent written communication, documentation, and structured thinking
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Bonus Points:
- Experience building AI-native products
- Background in engineering or computer science
- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, retail, or analytics products
- Experience working in an early-stage startup
Why join us?
- Build the category-defining AI copilot for quick commerce
- Work directly with the founders on every major product decision
- Own the product from idea to launch
- High velocity: Ship fast, iterate constantly, and see immediate customer impact
- Strong upside: Competitive salary, ESOPs, and meaningful ownership You'll be part of a team of high-performing people. It will be intense, high-ownership, and deeply rewarding. If that sounds right to you, apply.
