Senior Product Manager Location Gurugram, Haryana Experience 9–11 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of high-impact product initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, analytical rigor, business acumen, and execution excellence. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own critical product areas across the customer journey, working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products, possesses strong stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and emerging trends to shape product direction.
- Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Balance short-term business priorities with long-term product investments.
- Build strong product narratives and secure stakeholder alignment on strategic initiatives. Product Development & Execution
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through launch and optimization.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritize product backlog based on customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and resource availability.
- Drive agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Manage multiple product streams simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic priorities. Customer Experience & Growth
- Deeply understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Improve customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.
- Design customer-centric experiences that simplify workflows and improve satisfaction.
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, and CRM teams to optimize customer journeys.
- Drive initiatives focused on personalization, recommendations, and customer lifecycle management. Data & Analytics
- Leverage data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure product performance.
- Define key product KPIs and establish performance monitoring frameworks.
- Analyze customer funnels, conversion metrics, retention trends, and engagement behavior.
- Conduct A/B tests and experimentation programs to drive continuous product improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership through data-backed analysis. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive consensus across teams.
- Facilitate decision-making through structured problem-solving and clear communication.
- Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business and operational requirements.
- Mentor associate product managers and contribute to product management best practices. Operational Excellence
- Establish scalable product processes and execution frameworks.
- Monitor product health and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure successful product launches, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation and process improvements where applicable. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 9–11 years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing digital products.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Experience working with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Consumer Internet, E-commerce, Marketplaces, Food Delivery, FinTech, Retail-Tech, Logistics-Tech, SaaS, or Digital Platforms.
- Experience managing products with large-scale user traffic and transaction volumes.
- Familiarity with recommendation systems, personalization, search, discovery, growth, or customer experience products.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Experience driving experimentation and A/B testing programs.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and conversion optimization. Success Metrics
