We’re Hiring ! Sr. Product Manager About the Role:

Designation : Sr. Product Manager

Experience: 6 – 8 years (Pharma PMT/Marketing)

Qualification : B. Pharma + MBA - Marketing Or Pharma Management

Therapy area : Acute and Chronic

Location: Andheri (W) , Mumbai

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Industry Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for assigned brands.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to support informed business decisions.
• Lead product strategy development and execute new product launches within therapy area.
• Prepare annual marketing plans and drive promotional initiatives for the SBU.
• Address scientific queries and ensure medical accuracy across all brand communications.
• Conduct regular field visits across various headquarters to gather market insights and align strategies with ground realities.
• Manage, mentor, and guide team members to achieve defined business objectives.

• Strong understanding of Pharma Marketing
• Proven experience in brand management, analytics & market strategy
• High-performance mindset with strong communication & team collaboration skills
