Senior Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager (SPM) Job location : Sector 48, Gurgaon

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive end-to-end ownership of key product initiatives and deliver impactful user and business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to define product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and build scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements to launch and post-release optimization.
• Identify user problems and convert insights into actionable product solutions.
• Define, track, and improve key product metrics and business outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Balance business priorities, user needs, and technical trade-offs.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing or platform products.
• Proven ability to own product metrics and deliver measurable impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with high ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer internet, marketplace, SaaS, fintech, mobility, or technology products.
• Familiarity with experimentation, analytics tools, and agile product development.
