Senior Product Manager

Role Summary RemittancesHub and PayCrossBorder are building global payment infrastructure that connects traditional banking rails with modern stablecoin-based settlement networks. We enable financial institutions, fintechs, payment service providers, digital asset businesses, and enterprises to move money efficiently across borders through both fiat and stablecoin payment rails. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager whose primary focus will be to improve, optimize, and scale our existing payments solution and infrastructure across fiat and stablecoin ecosystems. This role is responsible for driving measurable improvements in our UI/UX, product capability & features, payment performance, to enable excellent customer experience & high operational efficiency. Unlike a traditional product role focused primarily on launching new products, this position is centered on enhancing the performance and scalability of our current platform. New product development and market expansion will be priorities after optimization of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities 1. Own and Optimize Existing Payments Infrastructure (Primary Focus)

Fiat Payment Infrastructure

• Drive continuous improvements across:
• Cross-border payments
• Collections and payout networks
• Virtual account infrastructure
• Treasury and settlement operations
• Banking and PSP integrations
• FX and liquidity workflows
• Improve:
• Payment success rates
• Straight-through processing (STP)
• Settlement speed
• Payment routing efficiency
• Reconciliation accuracy
• Operational scalability
• Analyze payment failures and operational bottlenecks and implement product-led solutions.

Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure

• Own product performance across stablecoin settlement rails and related workflows.
• Improve customer and operational experiences related to:
• Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals
• Fiat-to-stablecoin conversion flows
• Stablecoin-to-fiat settlement workflows
• Wallet and custody integrations
• Blockchain transaction monitoring
• Settlement visibility and reporting
• Identify opportunities to reduce settlement friction, improve transparency, and enhance reliability across digital asset payment operations.

2. Customer Experience & Journey Optimization

• Own end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding, to Funding, and with specific focus on end to end payments flow within our solution & infrastructure to settlements & Transaction tracking and Reporting and reconciliation
• Work with customers, and multiple internal teams (operations, business development, treasury, compliance & technical) to identify pain points and identify improvements, create business requirements specification and then work with technical delivery teams to deliver & test such enhancements – on a continuous basis
• Reduce customer effort required to send, receive, track, reconcile, and settle payments globally.

Required Qualifications Experience

• 5+ years in Product Management.
• 2+ years within:
• Cross-border payments
• Banking infrastructure
• Treasury platforms
• Fintech infrastructure
• Digital asset payments
• Stablecoin settlement solutions
