Senior Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Co-own the end-to-end product roadmap for patient payments, invoice ingestion, discounts, refunds, reconciliation, and Practice Management System (PMS) integrations.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Engineering and QA to deliver high-quality, predictable releases.

Technical Product Management

• Own the integration strategy with Practice Management Systems across API, database sync, file-based, and RPA approaches.
• Define data models and flows for patient AR, invoices, payments, refunds, and posting back to the PMS.
• Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, auditable, and compliant.

Product KPIs & Business Outcomes

• Define, track, and improve key product metrics, including AR reduction and time-to-cash, collection rate improvement, payment conversion rates, refund and reconciliation accuracy, and product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Use data and insights to drive roadmap prioritization.

Product Activation & Adoption

• Design and optimize activation strategies, including outreach campaigns (SMS, email, paper statements, QR codes), patient payment journeys (pay now, installments, partial payments), and discount and incentive programs.
• Partner with Customer Success and Operations to reduce time-to-value for clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Client IT teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
• Act as product owner for complex client implementations and integrations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Must-have

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare, fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience managing technical, integration-heavy products.
• Hands-on understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Proven track record of owning product KPIs tied to revenue and operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have

• Experience with US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Familiarity with payment gateways (e.g., Square, Stripe) and reconciliation processes.
• Experience integrating with Practice Management Systems or EHRs.
• B2B SaaS product experience in regulated environments.
