Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager - POS for our client, a leading retail-tech platform powering store commerce and omnichannel retail journeys. As the Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities would be:

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for Cloud, Offline, Mobile, and Omnichannel POS within Ginesys One.
• Enhance store journeys across billing, payments, promotions, loyalty, returns, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on APIs, integrations, data flows, sync, and backward compatibility.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into checkout, associate assistance, and store workflows.
• Drive adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of Product Management experience in POS, store commerce, or enterprise retail software.
• Hands-on expertise in Cloud, Offline, Mobile POS, and omnichannel retail.
• Strong understanding of store operations, billing, promotions, inventory, taxation, and device integration.
• Experience building scalable enterprise products with high availability, offline resilience, and integrations.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, cloud architecture, sync models, and AI tools.
• Strong customer discovery, ROI-driven prioritization, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree / MBA preferred
