Senior Product Manager - Product Adoption, Insights & AI

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Product Manager with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning data into action If so, join our team and help shape how Nutanix measures product adoption, customer value realization, and business outcomes across our portfolio.

In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Product Adoption & Insights. You will partner closely with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Renewals, Engineering, and Corporate Strategy teams to build trusted adoption metrics, actionable insights, and AI-powered recommendations that help improve customer adoption, retention, and growth.

• Define and drive strategy and roadmap for Product Adoption & Insights initiatives across the Nutanix portfolio.

• Partner with Product Managers, Customer Success, Sales, Renewals, Engineering, and Corporate Strategy teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities to improve adoption, customer health, and value realization.

• Define and evolve adoption frameworks, telemetry requirements, customer health metrics, and executive reporting.

• Build AI-powered actionable insights that help Customer Success and Account teams proactively identify risks and opportunities.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify new opportunities and drive prioritization.

• Drive stakeholder alignment and enablement across Product, Customer Success, Field, and Corporate Strategy organizations.

• B. E. /M. Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field is required. MBA preferred.

• 7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Product Management. Experience in Product Adoption, Product Analytics, telemetry, insights, or related data-driven products is highly desirable.

• Strong experience in strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and product execution.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with telemetry, product usage analytics, AI-powered recommendations, customer health metrics, or business intelligence solutions is preferred.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management, responsible for Product Adoption & Insights, NIVA (Nutanix Intelligent Virtual Agent), Customer Success, and Professional Services Strategy.

The team focuses on helping customers realize value faster through trusted adoption insights, AI-powered recommendations, customer success innovations, and strategic services offerings.

This role will be based in Bangalore, India, and follows a hybrid work model.
