Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key charters across the Talent and Business Success suite. The role focuses on improving workflows for managers, employees, and hiring teams, driving module-level outcomes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across performance, goals, learning touchpoints, and hiring workflows. You will work with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to solve customer problems with clarity and ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Own roadmap execution for one or more Talent suite modules.
• Run discovery with HR leaders, managers, and employees.
• Define clear problem statements and success metrics.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering and design.
• Improve adoption, usability, and customer outcomes.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product rituals.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of PM experience.
• Strong problem framing and systems thinking.
• Experience with multi-step people workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication.
• Comfortable driving outcomes with cross-functional teams.
