Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.

- Identify customer needs and translate them into scalable product solutions with measurable business impact.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to development, launch, and optimization.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams.

- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.

- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and drive data-led product decisions.

- Define and monitor product metrics, funnels, and KPIs to measure product performance.

- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to improve customer experience, engagement, conversion, and retention.

- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, effort, and strategic alignment.

- Ensure stakeholder alignment on product objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.

- Monitor market and competitive trends to identify product innovation opportunities.

- Present product strategy, performance, and key insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience in a B2C organization.

- Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.

- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, product development, and experimentation.

- Ability to translate customer and business problems into effective product solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for product decisions.

- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams in an Agile environment.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ownership.
