Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth with 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, specialising in consumer growth, funnel optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap across the AARRR funnel: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue.
• Optimise customer onboarding, KYC verification, account funding, and first-trade conversion while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive growth through A/B testing, experimentation, funnel analysis, and data-driven product decisions.
• Define and monitor key metrics, including deposit conversion, time to first trade, cost per funded account, and customer retention.
• Use SQL and analytical models to independently analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and referral-driven acquisition.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Payments, Compliance, Client Experience, and Engineering teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Drive product launches across multiple markets, considering local payment methods and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor product managers and influence senior stakeholders through strong product judgment and communication.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Growth Product Management.
• Proven experience owning acquisition and retention funnels for consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of AARRR metrics, funnel optimisation, and commercial outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with KYC, identity verification, and digital onboarding.
• Experience in A/B testing, experimentation design, statistical significance, and SQL-based analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, product judgment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech, trading, payments, investment platforms, or consumer growth.
• Experience working in regulated environments or across multiple markets.
• Experience building referral programmes and improving customer lifecycle engagement.
