Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• RMM product roadmap vision, prioritisation, and OKRs tied to platform adoption and retention.
• AI-driven campaign automation: goal-based bidding, budget pacing, placement optimisation, and agentic decision loops across major retailers.
• Automation tooling for internal RMM operations identifying where AI agents can replace manual workflows.
• Scoping and delivering new retailer API integrations with engineering and GTM.
• Reporting and analytics surfaces for self-serve and managed customers.

Requirements:

• 6+ years total, 4+ years in PM for SaaS or software platforms.
• Full product roadmap ownership with business-level accountability.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; you define problems with data, not opinions.
• Experience shipping PRDs and specs that engineering executes without extensive follow-up.
• Comfort with AI/ML products; you understand how models work well enough to write good requirements for them.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without waiting for a defined playbook.

Strong plus:

• Retail media or eCommerce advertising experience (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart, Criteo).
• Prior work on agentic systems, workflow automation, or autonomous optimisation products.
• Background selling to or working with enterprise CPG brands.
