We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and take ownership of building and scaling products that solve meaningful customer and business problems.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from understanding customer needs and defining product strategy to working with Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams to deliver and scale products.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving ambiguous problems, and building products from 0→1 and 1→N.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product areas.
• Identify customer problems and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Drive product discovery through customer research, market analysis, and data.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Own product launches, adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Analyse product data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption.
• Track market and competitive trends across MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, and Commerce.
• Explore opportunities involving AI, personalisation, advertising, identity, analytics, and automation.

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, E-commerce, Retail Tech, or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritisation, roadmap planning, and execution.
• Experience taking products from 0→1 and/or 1→N.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data, and SaaS products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a strong bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.
