Senior Product Manager

Common Platforms builds the foundations every other product team depends on. Access, identity management, authentication and notifications are the foundation every Greenlight experience runs on, they decide who gets into the door, and whether the right person hears from us at the right moment. Were looking for a Senior Product Manager, Common Platforms to own this layer end-to-end: the Identity and access management, the permissions that govern what parents and kids can each do, and the multi-channel notification platform that reaches millions of families every day.

This is a high-leverage, high-trust role at the center of Greenlights platform organization. Your customers are both the families using our products who should never have to think about any of this and the product teams building on top of you, who ship faster when your systems are reliable. Youll work cross-functionally across teams at Greenlight (US & India) , and youll have direct line-of-sight to executive leadership on the decisions that shape customer trust and platform reliability. The right person thinks in systems, and is comfortable building core platform products.

This role reports to the Director of Product and sits within the Common Platforms team.
