Senior Product Manager

Amazon Consumer / Shopping SPM:

Role & responsibilities

• Own consumer-facing product problems across the shopping journey.
• Identify customer pain points using data, research and business insights.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, PRDs and success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Business teams to launch and scale products.
• Drive experimentation, prioritisation and continuous product improvement.
• Measure outcomes and use learnings to influence future product decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2C, e-commerce, consumer tech or marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, product metrics and experimentation.
• Demonstrated ability to own products end-to-end from problem discovery to execution and outcomes.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
