Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
• Conduct customer research, analyse market trends, and identify new product opportunities.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, data, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Lead product launches and ensure effective communication and adoption across relevant teams.
• Continuously gather customer feedback and use data-driven insights to improve the product.
• Identify product risks, dependencies, and challenges and drive them to resolution.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to building strong product management practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology/product-driven organisation.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, product discovery, and execution.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
