Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered B2B products.
• Drive end-to-end product development from discovery and prioritisation to execution, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams to build scalable and impactful products.
• Translate complex customer, business, and technical requirements into clear product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that create measurable business and customer impact.
• Define product success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, and identify opportunities to apply them to product offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on B2B products.
• Strong technical background.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering successful products in fast- paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working at leading product companies and/or strong academic credentials from top-tier engineering institutions is preferred.
• Exposure to GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, or AI platform products is highly desirable.
• Experience launching AI-powered products or features in production environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across cross- functional stakeholders.
