About this role
Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI/ML-powered B2B products.
- Drive the complete product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and optimization.
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, business, and other cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex customer, business, and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Define product success metrics and use data-driven insights for product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, roadmap, and outcomes to leadership.
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- 3+ years building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
- 3+ years of experience working on B2B products.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand engineering trade-offs.
- Strong product strategy, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced product environments.
- Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or AI platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience launching AI-powered products in production is a plus.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional alignment.
