Senior Product Manager

The role involves end-to-end product ownership across product strategy, product discovery, roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, product adoption, growth metrics, integrations and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with clients, engineering, operations, marketing and DevOps to translate business and customer requirements into scalable product solutions and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for client-facing modules and the internal CRM & Operations platform.
• Drive product strategy, feature prioritisation, sprint planning and release planning.
• Lead product discovery and translate client feedback and business requirements into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure successful product development, delivery, reliability and scalability.
• Own product integrations across APIs, SSO, ERP systems, website integrations, widgets, batch jobs and scripts.
• Define and track product metrics, growth metrics, adoption metrics and KPIs for client-facing modules.
• Drive product adoption and continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance data.
• Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product releases in collaboration with the Product Marketing team.
• Drive product awareness and adoption campaigns with internal stakeholders.
• Track and improve Client NPS for onboarding and platform usability, as well as internal user NPS for the CRM platform.
• Maintain product demo accounts for Sales, client trials and training sessions, ensuring demo and training activities do not use live client accounts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated ownership of a major product line or platform.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
• AI/ML-driven products
• CRM platforms
• Product adoption / Product growth / Monetization
• Strong understanding of Product Discovery, Product Requirement Definition and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and sprint execution.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, growth metrics and data-driven prioritisation.
• Experience managing APIs, SSO, ERP or other product integrations is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across clients, engineering, marketing and operations.
