Agentic Business:
We are building AI-powered, agentic solutions to streamline and enhance hiring workflows, helping teams evaluate candidates faster, more consistently, and at scale. Our products CoCaller, HireMate, and AI Interviews, focus on automating sourcing, screening, assisting recruiters in decision-making, and enabling structured interviews, driving efficiency, improving candidate experience, and supporting better hiring outcomes.
Your Opportunity:
We are building several solutions that will combine the power of multiple brands / data within Infoedge to solve some very exciting challenges.
As Senior Product Management (working directly with the Product Head), you will own the strategy and execution of the product roadmap for several of Agentic AI products-new and existing, with the aim of building solutions that establish us as the undisputed industry leader and solve some pressing industry challenges, leveraging data all along the way.
You will:
Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for one or two products for Agentic AI Platform
Manage the entire Product Lifecycle from building the roadmap to conceptualization to delivery
Collaborate across the larger eco system and bring in the cohesiveness needed to build effective solutions
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success / support and drive outcomes
Suggest and execute growth hacks required for the product.
Deeply analyze key metrics of product
Track or validate success of new product launches/existing
Work Location: Bangalore
You should have:
Hands-on, proven Product Management experience (4-8 years) with a passion to create solutions and products.
Proven track record of building products in a collaborative / matrix environment
Proven track record of building a product led successful business
The ability to use data / logic to support your point of view
