You will work across Product, Engineering, Technology, Sales, Customer Success, and senior stakeholders to establish clear priorities, manage dependencies, mentor Product Owners, and ensure product investments translate into measurable customer and business outcomes. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap across multiple product pods.
• Translate organizational goals into clear product priorities and initiatives.
• Align product roadmaps with customer needs and measurable business or revenue outcomes.
• Establish product goals, KPIs, success metrics, and expected outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation, optimization, and growth.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and adjust priorities based on data, customer insights, and business needs.

Multi-Pod Product Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and provide strategic direction to Product Owners across multiple pods.
• Establish consistency in product discovery, prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Align multiple product teams around shared organizational objectives.
• Identify and manage cross-pod dependencies, risks, resource conflicts, and competing priorities.
• Ensure each pod has clear objectives, ownership, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing across product teams.

Product Execution & Delivery

• Establish and continuously improve product development frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Technology teams to drive high-quality delivery.
• Monitor execution, identify risks and blockers, and drive timely resolution.
• Balance short-term delivery requirements with long-term product strategy.
• Track product development and delivery metrics.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key connection point between Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and senior stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies, progress, and outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
• Influence senior-level decisions using product insights, customer feedback, business analysis, and data.
• Manage expectations and maintain alignment around product priorities.

Customer & Market Focus

• Bring a strong customer-centric approach to product strategy and prioritization.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and market feedback.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
• Evaluate competitive and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure product decisions balance customer value, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.

Product Analytics & Performance

• Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
• Analyze adoption, engagement, user behavior, product performance, and business impact.
• Use data and insights to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Establish regular product performance reviews and reporting.
• Ensure product teams understand the business outcomes expected from their initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications
• 6–10+ years of professional Product Management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple products, product streams, or product teams
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring Product Owners or Product Managers
• Strong experience balancing product strategy with hands-on execution
• Proven experience working closely with Engineering and Technology teams
• Strong understanding of Agile product development
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
• Strong experience with product discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery
• Demonstrated ability to establish product goals, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
• Strong customer-centric approach to product development and decision-making
