    About this role

    Role Purpose

Lead the strategy, lifecycle, commercial performance, and service evolution of the Managed Network Services portfolio for the Digital Business. The role requires a senior networking professional who combines strong hands-on exposure to service-provider networks with an excellent understanding of enterprise network environments, customer-facing solution engineering, and end-to-end product and services management.

    Portfolio Scope

    • Managed WAN and hybrid connectivity: MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity and related access services.
    • Secure networking and SASE: security service edge, firewalls, segmentation, zero-trust access and secure branch solutions.
    • Enterprise campus: LAN, managed Wi-Fi, network access control and branch/campus transformation.
    • Network management: NOC services, observability, digital experience monitoring, automation, AIOps, ITSM integration and lifecycle services.
    • Network integration and professional services across discovery, design, migration, transformation and steady-state operations.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Product strategy and ownership. Own the product vision, roadmap, investment priorities and lifecycle from concept and business case through launch, scale, optimization and retirement.
    • Market and customer insight. Translate enterprise requirements, industry shifts, technology trends and competitive intelligence into differentiated, commercially viable propositions.
    • Service architecture. Define service capabilities, reference architectures, feature requirements, service boundaries, SLAs, operating model and integration requirements in partnership with engineering and operations.
    • Commercial management. Build business cases; define pricing, packaging and commercial constructs; manage revenue, margin, adoption, attach rate and portfolio profitability.
    • Go-to-market leadership. Develop positioning, sales plays, enablement content, solution collateral, partner propositions and launch plans; drive adoption with sales and marketing teams.
    • Customer solution engineering. Lead discovery and consultative workshops, shape complex solutions, support strategic bids/RFPs and present technical and business value to customer executives and architecture teams.
    • Operational readiness. Ensure services are scalable, supportable and measurable, with clear governance, process, tooling, compliance, security, service assurance and continual-improvement mechanisms.
    • Ecosystem leadership. Evaluate OEMs, carriers, technology partners and alliances; own technical/commercial assessments and contribute to contracting, onboarding and performance governance.
    • Cross-functional execution. Align sales, presales, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, legal, procurement and partners to deliver roadmap and customer outcomes.
    • Performance governance. Define KPIs and review product, financial, customer-experience and operational performance; initiate corrective action and roadmap improvements.

    Required Experience

    • 10-15 years of relevant experience across ISP/telecom networks, enterprise networking, solution engineering, managed services, product management or closely related roles.
    • Demonstrable hands-on experience in ISP or service-provider network environments, including design, deployment, troubleshooting or operations of production networks.
    • Strong customer engagement background, with experience leading technical discovery, solution workshops, architecture discussions, proposals and executive presentations.
    • Experience managing or contributing materially to a managed-network product/service portfolio, including roadmap, solution definition, pricing, launch, operations and commercial performance.
    • Track record of working across technical and business teams to deliver complex services at enterprise scale.
