About the role:

Shipsy builds the logistics technology that enterprise fleets, 3PLs, and shippers run on - the systems behind fleet management, dispatch, route planning, and real-time tracking for customers moving goods across 15+ countries. As a Senior Product Manager on the core platform, you'll take ownership of a product area that real operations teams depend on every day, not a feature backlog handed down from someone else.

You'll work directly with engineering, design, and the customers using what you build, turning a messy, ambiguous problem - a dispatcher losing time to manual re-routing, a fleet manager flying blind on ETAs - into a shipped product that changes how that problem gets solved.

What you'll own:

- The roadmap for your product area - you decide what gets built and why, backed by customer conversations and usage data, not a stakeholder's opinion.

- Requirements and specs that engineering can build from without you in the room - clear enough that ambiguity gets resolved before it hits a sprint.

- The metrics that prove it worked - you define what success looks like for a feature before it ships, and you're the one who reports back on whether it delivered.

- Customer and field input - direct conversations with logistics operators and account teams, not secondhand requirements passed through a chain of people.

- Launch and iteration - you don't hand off at release; you watch adoption, gather feedback, and decide what changes next.

Who we're looking for:

- 5 - 8 years in product management, with real ownership of a product or product line from problem definition through launch, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

- Comfortable in logistics, supply chain, fleet, or other operationally complex domains - or hungry to get fluent in one fast.

- Strong with data: you can pull your own numbers, form a hypothesis, and know the difference between a metric that matters and one that's just easy to measure.

- Have shipped and defended product decisions to engineering, leadership, and customers - and changed your mind in public when the data said to.

- Write specs and requirements clearly enough that they don't need a meeting to be understood.

- Work well across time zones and functions - this role sits between engineering, sales, and customers spread across several countries.

Where the role sits:

This is an ownership role. You're accountable for the outcomes in your product area - the roadmap decisions, the trade-offs, the calls that don't have a clean answer - not for routing requests between teams.
