Senior Product Manager(Enterprise AI Platform)

About RapidCanvas RapidCanvas is an enterprise GenAI platform and we help organizations move AI from pilot to production through our Context Engine, agentic AI capabilities, and a full-stack developer experience — data pipelines, workflow scheduling, API hosting, and business applications in one platform.

The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines product thinking with hands-on technical ability. You’ll own product strategy and roadmap for core platform areas, work closely with engineering throughout the build cycle, and personally prototype and build when needed — internal tools, demos, proof-of-concepts. This role is for someone who’s equally comfortable shaping a quarterly roadmap and spinning up a working prototype to show the team what they’re envisioning.

What You’ll Do

• Own product lifecycle from problem identification through shipping and iteration.
• Build functional prototypes and internal apps (Python, React) to validate ideas and demonstrate product direction.
• Collaborate directly with engineering on architecture decisions, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Drive competitive analysis and market positioning, especially around LLM infrastructure and agentic AI.
• Work with field teams and customers to translate real deployment feedback into product priorities.
• Use AI tools effectively for rapid prototyping while applying your own judgment on what’s right for the customer.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of experience, with time spent in enterprise product environments.
• Strong coding skills in Python (React/JavaScript a plus) — you build things, not just spec them.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications: Agentic coding, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, agent patterns, or code generation.
• Understanding of how enterprise software gets built and maintained — APIs, data pipelines, infrastructure, CI/CD.
• Track record of working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with AI/ML technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms or integrating LLM features into production products.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns — tool use, orchestration, evaluation.
• Experience building developer tools or internal tooling.
