Senior Product Manager - Cross Border Platform

Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager for the Cross-Border Platform within International Seller Services, you will lead the strategy and execution of products that enable sellers to expand their businesses globally. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and global business teams to remove friction in international trade, logistics, and compliance. Your day-to-day involves defining the product roadmap, analyzing complex cross-border trade data, and launching features that simplify the complexities of selling in foreign marketplaces. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Amazons global footprint by ensuring sellers can seamlessly reach customers regardless of geographical boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for cross-border seller tools, ensuring alignment with global expansion goals and seller needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to build scalable, high-performance platforms that handle complex international regulatory and logistics requirements.

- Analyze seller behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for reducing operational friction in cross-border transactions.

- Partner with regional stakeholders across international marketplaces to localize product features and ensure they meet specific market demands.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and business case development to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.

- Influence senior leadership through data-backed insights and clear communication regarding product performance and strategic pivots.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from inception to delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

- Strong analytical proficiency, with the ability to translate large datasets into actionable product strategies and business outcomes.

- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving consensus across diverse teams.

- Deep understanding of e-commerce, logistics, or fintech platforms, particularly those involving international trade or multi-market operations.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment in Hyderabad, engaging effectively with global teams across different time zones.

- A Masters degree in Business Administration or a related technical field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Candidates must possess 6 to 14 years of professional experience in product management, with a clear history of managing high-impact, large-scale platforms.
