Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager – Content, you will own the product roadmap and execution for Nykaa's Content and Affiliate ecosystem and content experiences across our platforms

You will build experiences that connect creator influence and content discovery to commerce, grow adoption, and demonstrate incremental sales and cost efficiency. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and strong business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the Content Product Charter

• Lead quarterly planning, prioritization, and delivery across the charter. Develop a clear point of view on new opportunities and the existing backlog, grounded in customer problems and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to annual planning through industry comparisons, growth proposals, and evidence-backed investment cases
• Define success metrics and measure how content contributes to customer engagement, conversion, and business growth

2. Build Content Discovery and Creator Experiences

• Improve content experiences across the shopping journey, helping customers discover the right products for their needs
• Build capabilities for creator activation, growth & retention. Balance creator value with sustainable program economics

3. Drive Execution and Adoption

• Work closely with technology & business teams to deliver products that solve customer and creator needs
• Partner with business teams to drive adoption of the capabilities, both across customer platforms and affiliate platforms

What We're Looking For

• Proven product management experience in consumer internet or e-commerce, with ownership of complex products from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Strong analytical judgment across engagement, conversion, attribution, experimentation, and business economics.
• Ability to shape a quarterly roadmap while staying closely involved in day-to-day execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align business and technology teams around priorities and outcomes.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar domains quickly and turn industry insights into practical product decisions.

• Experience with content platforms, creator ecosystems, social commerce, or growth products
• Familiarity with beauty and lifestyle consumer behaviour
