Senior Product Manager CMS Trade Digitisation

Purpose of the Role-

SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Product Manager – Digital Trade is responsible for enhancing and digitizing the bank’s Trade Finance product suite. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and launching digital trade solutions, managing Trade online platform, ensuring governance, compliance, and customer experience excellence while enabling business growth.

SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KPIS OF THE ROLE Responsibilities

KPIs Strategy & Planning

• - Develop product strategy and digital roadmap for Trade Finance.
• - Benchmark products against market and competitor offerings.
• - Enhance customer experience and reduce processing TAT through digitization.
• - Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and business cases.
• - Drive project management in coordination with Technology, Operations, and Business teams.
• - Engage with fintech partners and technology vendors to co-create digital solutions.

Education Essential: MBA Finance from Tier 1 / 2 college / CA – 1st or 2nd attempt

Preferred: BTech + MBA is preferred

Experience Essential: 3-6 years of relevant experience in handling Digital Trade product

Preferred: Prior experience in 6-10 years of work experience in fintech/bank industry preferably related to Transaction banking ( Trade or CMS) CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP
