Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager _ Alliances

Function/ Department: Loyalty - Credit Cards

Job Purpose: 'Manage and engage with Alliance partners to procure new offers as per business requirements as well as analyse & monitor performance of offers and make suitable modifications; publish dashboards/MIS to business

Roles & Responsibilities: '1. Source, negotiate and finalise deals & offer constructs by leasing with Alliance partners or brands directly from the bank's end

• Strategise Alliance Callander & Create and develop tactical & CVP offers for the Labilities portfolio.
• Analyse & monitor performance of offers and make suitable modifications; publish periodic dashboards/MIS to business
• Negotiate IDFC FIRST Bank' visibility for ATL & BTL campaigns & co-funding cost with key partner brands
• EnE management of Onboarding, Reconciliation, Payments for the partner brand & resolution of Customer Grievances .

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Managing partner contracts as well as ensure receipt of regular payments
• Liaise with business teams to ensure promotion of sourced offers
• Ensure compliance /legal guidelines are followed while running offer promotions

Qualifications: Graduate-Any Post Graduate Degree-MBA

Years of Experience: Min 5 years
