We are scaling fast—our goal is to seamlessly serve 500 million Indians in the next five years. What are we actually building?

Wiom is a platform—think Uber, AirBnB or Urban Company, but for internet access. We don’t lay our own cables or run our own network; instead, we connect two sides of a marketplace and build the technology that makes the whole thing work.

• On the supply side, we build a product that empowers local internet providers to serve customers better—giving on-the-ground operators the tools, reach, and infrastructure they’d never be able to build alone.
• On the demand side, we build a customer-facing product that acts as the interface between customers and Wiom: an AI-chat-driven experience that handles their billing, payments, and day-to-day service needs. What makes this hard—and exciting—is who we build for. Our customer is the “Bharat” user, whose context, expectations, and relationship with technology differ sharply from the typical urban, English-first user. Building for them takes deep empathy and real understanding—it’s not a problem you can solve from a distance.

Workstreams You’ll Own As a Product Leader, you’ll be integral to Wiom’s growth, collaborating with multiple stakeholders on strategic and operational initiatives. The role demands strong problem-solving, execution, and communication skills—and the chance to solve complex problems that impact 50 crore lives.

Expectations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
• Assist in developing product features and enhancements based on existing product usage, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Drive projects with minimal guidance, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to execute project plans, and help unblock cross-functional teams impacted by a release.
• Communicate product vision, status, and the impact of releases to internal teams and stakeholders in an easy-to-consume format.

What Makes You A Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• Strong technical product leader with experience building and scaling consumer internet, marketplace, logistics, mobility, platforms
• Engineers who transitioned into Product Management and have successfully built products at scale are highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with experience in product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
