Senior Product Leader - Consumer Platform

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Leader to own the Consumer Platform charter. The mandate is to create the common product capabilities that allow multiple financial products to operate as one seamless consumer experience. This is not a B2B platform role. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C product DNA and experience building consumer platforms, journeys and capabilities at scale. This individual will work closely with the Founders and will have the opportunity to scale the existing Product organisation and eventually take on the broader Head of Product mandate.

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Platform Strategy:

- Define the vision and roadmap for the consumer platform.

- Build reusable capabilities across FD, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Credit and future products.

- Create common product foundations that improve the overall customer experience.

- Develop platform-level metrics and success criteria.

Customer Experience:

- Build a seamless customer journey across multiple financial products.

- Identify friction across onboarding, KYC, payments, investment and servicing.

- Create common experiences across products.

- Drive personalisation based on customer behaviour and financial needs.

Data & Personalisation:

- Build data-driven product capabilities.

- Develop customer segmentation and behavioural insights.

- Build recommendation and personalisation capabilities.

- Use experimentation to improve engagement, conversion and retention.

Technology & Platform:

- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data and Design.

- Build scalable and reusable product capabilities.

- Translate complex technology requirements into simple consumer experiences.

- Build APIs, workflows and common infrastructure where required.

- Balance speed, scalability, reliability and customer experience.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Partner with Founders, Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations.

- Align platform priorities with company strategy.

- Ensure technology investments create measurable consumer and business value.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor Product Managers.

- Establish strong product discovery and prioritisation processes.

- Raise product quality and execution standards.

- Help scale the Product organisation from 10-12 members.

- Build the organisation and leadership bench for the next phase of growth.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10-15 years of Product experience.

- Strong B2C/consumer product background.

- Experience building consumer platforms or products at scale.

- Strong understanding of consumer journeys and behaviour.

- Excellent product strategy and execution skills.

- Strong technology orientation.

- Data-driven and commercially minded.

- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.

- Comfortable working directly with Founders.
