Senior Product Engineer - AI Decisioning Platforms (Full Stack)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer to build intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable user experiences for AI-powered claims and payments platforms. This role goes beyond traditional development and focuses on creating products that enable operational users to review, validate, override, and trust AI-generated decisions while maintaining complete auditability and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with product teams, end users, and AI systems to design and build user-facing applications, backend services, and decision-review workflows that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing applications for claims, payments, and AI-assisted operational workflows.
• Design review and override interfaces enabling users to validate, approve, or reject AI-generated decisions.
• Develop scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python or Go.
• Design robust APIs and data models supporting multiple clients and business use cases.
• Collaborate directly with business users to understand workflows and improve product experiences.
• Implement audit trails, decision tracking, and compliance-ready reporting capabilities.
• Own production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-call responsibilities.
• Create automated tests, quality frameworks, and evaluation scenarios to ensure platform reliability.
• Work with AI-assisted engineering tools and review AI-generated code for production readiness.
• Improve accessibility and user experience in line with WCAG standards.
• Support real-time workflows and state management for operational applications.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Product Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Modern JavaScript.
• Experience building backend services using Python or Golang.
• Deep understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and database design.
• Experience with cloud-native applications, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong software testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products or operational business applications.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and user-focused product mindset.
• Experience working with AI-enabled products or intelligent workflow systems.
