About EnglishYaari EnglishYaari is a live, instructor-led English communication platform helping professionals speak with confidence at work. We've trained 25,000+ professionals with 100K+ organic app downloads across two verticals: a B2C subscription product and a corporate training arm. We're now building a new AI-first companion app alongside our human tutor platform. Think of how Zomato launched Blinkit as a separate app under the same family. Same trust, distinct experience, focused product.

What you'll own This is a blank Figma file. You'll lead the design end-to-end.

• Design the entire AI-first product experience, from first-launch onboarding to daily practice loops
• Build a design system that feels connected to the EnglishYaari family but stands on its own
• Design the cross-app journey that bridges the new AI app with our existing human tutor platform
• Own information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and the visual layer, without handing off any part of it
• Partner directly with the founder, CTO, and engineering team to ship every week

You're a fit if

• You have 3 to 5 years of designing consumer mobile apps that have actually shipped
• You can articulate every design decision in plain English. Why this button, why this colour, why this copy
• You've designed for Android-first, mid-range device users. You understand the Indian context

Strongly preferred

• Worked on edtech, fintech, or consumer subscription apps
• Built a product 0 to 1, not just iterated on existing ones

You're not a fit if Your work is mostly B2B dashboards, websites, or internal tools.
