About the Rol e: As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Qualitia, you will lead the design of complex enterprise applications, transforming intricate workflows and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define information architecture, design scalable interaction patterns, and deliver impactful solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design initiatives for complex enterprise applications and digital product
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows.
• Design scalable interaction patterns and contribute to design systems that promote consistency and efficiences.
• Identify usability issues, workflow bottlenecks, and hidden friction points through research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder reviews to align teams around user needs and business goals.
• Present design concepts and rationale through compelling storytelling and clear communication.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather user feedback before development.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design execution.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure high-quality user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• 6–10+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
• Proven experience designing enterprise software, B2B SaaS products, or complex digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, information architecture, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design processes.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams.
• Familiarity with usability testing, user research methodologies, and design validation techniques.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, modern web applications) is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Interaction Design and Systems Thinking, with the ability to design scalable and intuitive user experiences for complex products.
• Deep understanding of Complex Information Architecture and user workflow design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and component libraries.
• Excellent Stakeholder Communication and Design Storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for identifying and solving hidden user frictions within complex workflows and experiences.
• Experience leveraging AI-augmented design workflows to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, and productivity.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams.
• Familiarity with usability testing, user research methodologies, and design validation techniques.
