Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the visual and user experience design of next-generation digital products. You will shape user journeys, interface systems, and product identities across projects spanning AI, fintech and Web3, often for early-stage products with high-growth potential. This is not a traditional design role. We’re looking for an AI-native senior designer: someone who has rebuilt their workflow around modern AI tooling and consistently ships at a pace and quality that traditional processes can’t match. You’ll work directly with founders, product and technical leads, with full ownership of the design side,from first sketch to shipped product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design cycle: discovery, ideation, prototyping, final delivery, with minimal oversight.
• Use AI tooling across the entire workflow (research, ideation, asset generation, prototyping, design-system maintenance) to compress timelines and multiply output.
• Translate complex ideas, requirements, and user feedback into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Build low to high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, and polished UI systems.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries across platforms.
• Conduct and apply user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to drive design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure a cohesive product vision.
• Support branding efforts where needed, helping define the visual identity of new products and features.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing interfaces and experiences for digital products, including products taken from zero to launch.
• AI-native workflow (must-have). Hands-on, demonstrable use of AI in your design process, e.g. Claude, Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Cursor, LLMs for research and UX thinking, or generative tools for visual assets. You should be able to walk us through exactly how AI multiplies your output.
• Proven ability to design web and mobile-first products across complex workflows.
• Experience creating and scaling design systems and component libraries.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (and optionally Adobe Photoshop, XD, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of UX research methods, usability heuristics, and accessibility best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and own outcomes within cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio that showcases strong product thinking, attention to detail, and a refined visual aesthetic.

Additional Qualifications (Good-to-Have)

• Experience designing for Web3 platforms, crypto tools, or dApps, a large part of our delivery history is in this space.
• Familiarity with dashboards, dynamic data, and real-time user interactions.
• Working knowledge of front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS, React, Tailwind) or experience using AI tools to take prototypes to working code.
• Ability to contribute to product strategy and brand development beyond UI/UX.
• Experience mentoring designers or setting design direction for a small team.
