About this role
We're looking for a Product Designer to shape simple, intuitive experiences across the Atlys app and website. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to understand user problems, explore solutions, test ideas and turn complex travel journeys into clear, delightful product experiences. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move comfortably from discovery to detailed execution and cares deeply about both user experience and product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own design from discovery to execution by understanding user problems, exploring solutions, prototyping ideas and taking designs through to launch.
- Simplify complex product journeys across visa applications and new travel products, reducing friction and making every step easier to understand.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, make trade-offs and ship high-quality experiences quickly.
- Test and improve designs with users and data by validating hypotheses, gathering feedback and iterating based on what you learn.
- Build scalable design systems and patterns that improve consistency, speed and quality across the Atlys product experience.
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years of product design experience in a technology company or similarly fast-moving digital product environment.
- Have a strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking, from problem definition and user flows to polished interaction and visual design.
- Can simplify complex workflows and edge cases into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences.
- Work well with Product and Engineering, communicate design rationale clearly and are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Are highly proficient in Figma and have strong interaction, visual and systems design fundamentals.
