Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business teams to define and deliver customer-centric product experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify customer pain points and product opportunities.
• Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI experiences that improve customer engagement, adoption, and conversion.
• Apply strong product thinking and design thinking to solve complex user and business problems.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines.
• Validate designs through prototyping, usability testing, user feedback, and product data.
• Iterate designs based on user insights, analytics, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
• Present design decisions and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
