Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) – Enterprise SaaS | Figma, Axure, Adobe Suite, HTML/CSS |B.Design- Mandatory | Pune Hybrid

Job Description: • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders • Translate ideas into storyboard to create visual designs using prototyping tools. • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets • Build page navigation buttons and search fields • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision • Keeping up with new trends in design and tech • Competencies in interaction design, systems thinking, and product design

Requirements: • 5+ experience as a UI/UX Designer building enterprise software products. • Degree from top design school in India e.g. NID, MIT-ID • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role • Built a portfolio of design projects • Excellent knowledge of wireframe tools • Turn designs into basic front-end code (HTML/CSS) for implementation by an development team • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders • Good time-management skills • Should have experience with Figma, Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, and many other software and tools to give a complete solution. • Experience in drawing mock ups, Visio flows and data flow and sequence diagrams • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies • Experience design across multiple device types and contexts. • Experience design across multiple device types and contexts. • Experience in Construction Technology industry is a huge plus
