About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Management team within the Digital Strategy department. This role demands strong hands-on expertise across product analytics, UX, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-backed insights, defining product requirements, and working closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance and user behavior to drive data-informed decision-making
- Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs using analytics tools
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and objectives
- Perform detailed requirement gathering and documentation
- Translate requirements into structured product backlogs and user stories
- Design workflows, user journeys, and process maps
- Create wireframes to support product design and development
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience
- Work with development teams for implementation, testing, and feature closure
- Perform API testing and validation using relevant tools
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery
Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in the following:
- Google Analytics
- Mixpanel
- Postman (API Testing)
- Power BI (Dashboarding & Reporting)
- Wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- UX/UI Design understanding
- Product Backlog creation & management
- Stakeholder Interviews
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Workflow Design
- User Journey Mapping
- End-to-end collaboration with Development Teams (delivery & closure)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Analysis / Business Analysis / Product Management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare or digital platforms
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
