Senior Procurement Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage procurement of all construction materials, equipment, plant, and subcontract packages.
• Source, prequalify, and maintain an approved vendor and subcontractor database.
• Prepare RFQs, tender documents, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Lead negotiations and finalize procurement agreements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, and Commercial teams to meet project requirements.
• Prepare & Manage purchase orders, supply contracts, and subcontract agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, project specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
• Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate procurement-related risks.

Prepare and present procurement status reports to project management.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in civil engineering

15-20 Years of Experience, minimum 5 years as Procurement Manager for Civil Bulk materials Projects
