Senior Procurement Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement category management and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, quality, and serviceexcellence
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions with vendors
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support cost control initiatives across procurementcategories
• Conduct vendor evaluations and risk assessments to ensure supplier reliability and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide sourcing support
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and resolve procurement-related issues effectively
• Support, guide, and coordinate procurement team activities to ensure operational efficiency and team development
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and market intelligence insights for management review

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
