Senior Process Executive - Order Management

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Order Management and Order Processing activities.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status, validate order details and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are completed within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Meet defined productivity, quality and turnaround time targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 14 years of relevant experience in Order Management / Order Processing / Order Fulfilment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced process environment.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
