Senior Process Associate International Accounting

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Process Associate – International Accounting to support global accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple geographies. The role involves GL accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for international entities.
• Prepare and post Journal Entries (JEs) and maintain GL records.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Handle bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and company accounting policies.
• Support AP & AR processes.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or international accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international accounting practices.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365.
