Description
We are seeking a Senior Process Associate in Record to Report (RTR) to join our dynamic finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in the RTR process. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the overall financial reporting process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and prepare documentation as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes
- Identify areas for process improvement within the RTR cycle
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process automation tools is a plus
