You'll work on the Enterprise Operations Platform, developing high-performance distributed systems that connect industrial devices, move massive amounts of data, and make that data accessible from the edge to the cloud. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll guide a talented team of engineers while actively contributing to architecture, design, and development. What You'll Be Working On

• Technical management of a team of developers and quality engineers

• Building high-performance backend services in C++ and Lua

• Designing and developing distributed, data-intensive systems

• Creating APIs for configuration, diagnostics, and data access

• Developing solutions that connect industrial systems to cloud platforms

• Exploring cutting-edge technologies in industrial IoT, edge computing, and big data

• Collaborating with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable products.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong professional experience with modern C++

• Deep understanding of Data structures and algorithms, Concurrent and multithreaded programming, Operating system fundamentals, Software architecture and system design

• Familiarity with networking, databases, servers, APIs, and security concepts

• Experience with scripting languages (Lua, Python, or similar) is a plus

• Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Understanding of CI/CD and modern software development practices

• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
