Responsibilities :

Strategy Formulation, Planning & Deployment Define and drive short-term and long-term functional strategies, translating them into actionable plans to achieve business objectives. Policy Formulation Develop and enhance policies, processes, and guidelines based on market insights, industry trends, and employee feedback, ensuring effective implementation. Research, Benchmarking & HR Solutions Conduct research, build HR solutions, provide strategic recommendations, and partner with leadership to drive organizational impact. HR Processes, Systems & Operations Management Oversee HR processes, systems, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish metrics, dashboards, and benchmarking practices to drive operational excellence. HR Analytics & Reporting Lead dashboard design and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights, monitor key metrics, and support business decision-making. Knowledge Management & Capability Building Strengthen team capabilities through knowledge sharing, cross-functional exposure, and structured development initiatives. Customer Relationship Management Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, provide advisory support, and address business needs through data-driven insights and solutions. Vendor Relationship Management Manage strategic vendor partnerships, ensure delivery against organizational goals, and oversee compliance with established processes. Employer Branding & Positioning Enhance employer brand through industry engagement, thought leadership, surveys, awards, and employee value proposition initiatives. Function-Specific Initiatives Lead the design and execution of strategic HR initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
