Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to take ownership of complex and high-impact presentation projects. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 8 years of relevant experience, advanced PowerPoint skills, strong visual storytelling ability and sound design judgment. The role will involve independently handling complex presentations, guiding junior designers, maintaining quality standards and improving presentation design processes.

Qualifications

• Any university degree will be considered.
• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in PowerPoint presentation design, presentation design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality and complex business presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced slide layouts, charts, diagrams, templates and visual storytelling.
• Good knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of corporate presentation standards, brand guidelines and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Prior experience in a corporate, consulting, presentation design or outsourcing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, high-impact PowerPoint presentations that communicate business ideas clearly and effectively.
• Independently interpret content, project requirements and stakeholder expectations and convert them into strong presentation narratives and visual solutions.
• Take ownership of presentation projects from initial requirement understanding through final delivery.
• Develop advanced slide layouts, charts, diagrams, infographics and visual storytelling solutions for complex business content.
• Ensure presentations consistently meet client brand guidelines, design standards and quality expectations.
• Review presentation outputs, identify design or formatting issues and ensure high-quality final delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior PowerPoint Presentation Specialists and support them in improving their presentation design skills.
• Provide design direction and practical solutions for challenging or ambiguous presentation requirements.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and coordinate timelines, feedback and revisions effectively.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of PowerPoint templates, design standards, reusable assets and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve presentation design processes, quality and delivery efficiency.
• Stay updated with advanced PowerPoint features, presentation design practices and relevant visual communication trends.

Hiring Criteria and Conditions

• Candidates to prove their capabilities during the advance PowerPoint technical assessment with stress test to validate their chart approach and accuracy levels
• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (including Night Shift),, weekends, and public holidays. A compensatory week off will be provided for employees who work on public holidays.
• Working Days: ~20 - 22 days per month (2 days off per week).
• Shift Hours: 8 working hours + 1 hour break = 9 hours.
