Senior Power Platform Developer

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using

Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse . The ideal candidate will deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) applications.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for enterprise business processes.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Develop Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls where required.
• Manage solution lifecycle across Dev, Test, and Production environments using Azure DevOps.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, solution deployments, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, governance, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
• Experience with React.js for web-based user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management, application security, and secure configurations.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe software delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform ALM, Managed Solutions, and Environment Strategy.
• Knowledge of PCF Controls, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
