Role overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Power BI Developers to support the Marketing Analytics function of a leading US-based bank, with a focus on Campaign Analytics, Digital Analytics and marketing performance reporting. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining scalable dashboards and reporting solutions that enable effective monitoring of marketing performance, customer behavior and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Power BI development experience, advanced SQL capabilities and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive analytical dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports supporting marketing analytics and business performance measurement.
• Translate business requirements into reporting specifications, KPIs, data models and visualizations.
• Develop complex DAX measures, Power Query transformations and optimized semantic models.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including relational databases and enterprise data platforms.
• Build dashboards supporting campaign performance, customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and other marketing KPIs.
• Optimize dashboard performance, data refresh processes and report usability.
• Implement data quality checks, reconciliation processes and appropriate access controls.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain documentation of data models, business logic, reporting definitions and dashboard functionality.

Required skills and experience

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting or data analytics, including substantial hands-on Power BI development.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations and query optimization.
• Experience in dimensional data modeling, data transformation and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of dashboard design, data visualization and performance optimization.
• Ability to independently manage reporting assignments from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services or marketing analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI deployment pipelines, workspace management, row-level security and scheduled refreshes.
• Experience developing campaign performance, customer analytics or executive reporting dashboards.
