Senior Power BI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Insights Analyst to bridge business and technology teams by delivering impactful data analytics and Power BI reporting solutions. The role involves transforming business requirements into intuitive dashboards, performing data analysis, and driving data-driven decision-making across stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Power BI Development
• Strong expertise in Power BI Dashboard Development and Visualization
• Experience in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Data Architecture
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end project delivery and SDLC
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, testing, and production deployment

Good-to-Have Skills

• Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge
• Experience with large-scale data preparation and integration
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and AI-driven analytics
• Experience with Power Apps or other low-code platforms
• Banking, Financial Services, Trading, or Financial Data domain experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into data solutions.
• Design and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Manage end-to-end reporting lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and support.

• Present complex data findings in a clear and business-friendly manner.
